The SEMO Conference baseball tournament was scheduled to resume on Saturday, but once again Mother Nature had other plans.
All four quarterfinal games on Saturday were washed out, forcing play to be rescheduled for Monday. Both the quarterfinal and semifinal rounds will be played Monday, with the finals tentatively scheduled for Tuesday at a time to be determined.
Quarterfinal games will be played at 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday at Notre Dame Regional High School and Central High School. Dexter and Poplar Bluff will play the first quarterfinal game at Central, with Notre Dame and Kelly to follow.
At Notre Dame, it will be Sikeston and New Madrid County Central in the first game, with Central and Jackson to follow.
The winners of the Sikeston-NMCC and Dexter-Poplar Bluff games will play at Capaha Park at 6 p.m., with the winners of the other two quarterfinal games set to play at 8 p.m. at Capaha.
