SEMO Bank Junior Legion won the conclusion of a rain-suspended game with the Cape White Sox and then edged the Senior Babe Ruth team in a regularly scheduled game Monday night.
SEMO Bank won the suspended game 12-9 on an eighth-inning three-run homer by Josh McIntosh and then claimed the second game 13-12.
John Snider pitched two innings to gain the victory in the first game, allowing four hits. The game was suspended two weeks earlier in the fourth inning.
Justin Cook recorded the win in the game that followed.
Snider had the big blow, a grand slam home run in a seven-run second inning. SEMO Bank (20-12) led 10-1 at the time and held on for the win.
Richard Harrison had three of SEMO Bank's 10 hits while Mark Ostendorf had two.
SEMO Bank returns to action tonight when Poplar Bluff visits Capaha Field for a doubleheader.
The White Sox will play host to Jackson for a 6 p.m. doubleheader on Thursday.
