The Southeast Missouri State University softball team has signed junior college players Jonelle Rietman (Wabash Valley), Sara Beck (Wabash Valley), Sheryn Queen (John A. Logan) and Mindy Myers (Three Rivers).

Rietman, an outfielder, batted .350 and was 25-of-25 stealing bases last season. She was named All-Great Rivers Athletic Conference and All-Region 24.

Beck, a JUCO All-American outfielder/designated hitter, batted .357 with five home runs and 41 RBIs.

Queen, a pitcher, led John A. Logan to consecutive Great Rivers Athletic Conference titles. She was named a JUCO second team All-American the last two years. She posted a 43-9 record with a 0.89 E.R.A. in her two seasons at Logan. This past spring she recorded 496 strikeouts and limited opponents to a .163 batting average.

Myers graduated from Jackson High School and played catcher/outfielder for Three Rivers the past two seasons where she became the school's all-time stolen base leader with 104. She batted .408 last season with 40 RBIs.
