Southeast Missouri State University volleyball players Angie Aschoff and Krista Haukap earned All-Tournament honors at the Kentucky Conference Challenge this past weekend, guiding the Otahkians to a first-place finish and a clean sweep of Kentucky, Hofstra and Central Michigan in the tournament hosted by the University of Kentucky.
Haukap, a 5-10 junior from Aviston, Ill, was tabbed the tournament MVP after amassing 51 kills (5.67 K/G) and 30 digs (3.33 D/G) while hitting .390 for the tournament.
She has earned all-tournament honors in each of the three tournaments the Otahkians have participated in this season.
Aschoff, a 5-11 middle blocker from Ankeny, Iowa who had shoulder surgery in the off-season, led the team in hitting percentage (.417) and total blocks (nine) and also added 24 digs for the tournament.
