DELTA -- Ronald Watson scored 20 points on torrid 10 of 11 shooting from the field as Scott City defeat Delta 87-50 Tuesday night.

Jon Beck had 25 points and Ryan Weatherspoon added 16.

Scott City (12-2) led 33-19 at halftime. A 35-16 fourth-quarter edge put the game out of reach.

Robby Lemonds and Ryan Livingston each scored 10 points for Delta (3-6).

Puxico 68, Bell City 57

BELL CITY -- Puxico's Ryan Harmon hit three 3-pointers and finished with a team-high 15 points as the Indians turned aside Bell City.

Puxico led 29-21 at the half before outscoring the Cubs 20-12 in the third quarter.

Bell City slid to 2-8. Glenn Adams scored 18 points and Jarrod Eftink added 17.

Oran 90, Zalma 30

ZALMA -- Oran sank 10 3-pointers as it whitewashed Zalma. The Eagles moved to 8-3.

Senior guard Chris Nichols made four 3s and finished with a game-high 26 points. Daniel Wheeler added 11 points. Oran led 31-4 after one quarter and 63-14 at halftime.

Ben Wallace's 11 points paced Zalma.

Oran's JV team improved to 8-1 with its 67-32 win.

St. Vincent 79, Marquand 75

MARQUAND -- After trailing much of the way, St. Vincent grabbed the lead with about five minutes remaining, hit key free throws in the closing seconds and held on for a win over Marquand.

St. Vincent's Ryan Prost, a 6-2 junior, scored 33 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Dusty Wengert added 15 points and Trent Sauer contributed 10. The Indians upped their mark to 7-2.

Dusty Stephens paced Marquand with 30 points and Steve Braswell added 23.

St. Vincent's JV team won 77-45.
