The Notre Dame junior silenced the Chaffee softball team for four innings as the Bulldogs posted the 16-0 win in four innings.

Reinagel struck out 10 to improve her record to 9-0, while the team moved to 10-0.

Mallory Siebert and Britney Schott both went 3-for-3 in the win.

Bobcats pitcher Kendra Burnett retired the first two batters in the top of the 16th inning then issued her lone walk of the game.

That runner scored from second on a bloop single to right field, spoiling Burnett's 23-strikeout performance.

Delta (7-5) had a chance to tie the game in the bottom half of the inning when Courtney Burton tripled with two outs. But she was thrown out at the plate trying to score on a passed ball to end the game.

"It was a great battle," Delta coach Laura Brown said. "It was one of the best games I've ever seen."

The senior scored a pair of goals, while Joda Holloway recorded a goal and an assist. Joe Froemsdorf and Taylor Essner each added an assist.

Notre Dame improved to 7-1 with the win.

Anna-Jonesboro 3, Jackson 0

The Indians dropped to 4-3 with the loss at home.

Taylor Glueck and Jill Rushin each recorded seven kills to help the Indians down the Tigers.Rachel Meyr did a little of everything for the Indians (7-6), finishing with four kills, 23 assists, 11 digs and two blocks.Wendi Zickfield paced the Tigers with eight kills and seven digs, while Taylor Kern recorded 10 digs. Rita Walter chipped in six digs for Central (4-9-1).
