HOUSTON -- Brad Ausmus and Adam Everett hit consecutive RBI doubles in the fifth inning as the Houston Astros sent the Cincinnati Reds to their fifth straight loss, 6-4 on Friday night.
Brian Hunter added two RBIs as the Astros won their third straight and moved a season-high eight games above .500.
Pete Munro (4-2) allowed four runs and seven hits in five innings. Billy Wagner pitched the ninth for his 29th save in 35 opportunities.

MILWAUKEE -- Adam Hyzdu hit a grand slam and the Pittsburgh Pirates once again beat the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-3 Friday night.
The Pirates are 13-4 against Milwaukee this year, including a 7-1 record at Miller Park.

BOSTON -- Pedro Martinez pitched eight sharp innings and Jason Varitek had a pair of RBI singles for Boston.
Manny Ramirez reached base for the 12th straight time, going 2-for-2 with two walks.

NEW YORK -- Rafael Palmeiro hit two of Texas' four homers off Mike Mussina, leading Chan Ho Park and the Rangers over the New York Yankees.
Palmeiro hit leadoff shots in the second and fourth innings, giving him 483 career homers.
Orioles 11, Blue Jays 7
BALTIMORE -- Jay Gibbons hit the first of four Baltimore home runs, and Chris Singleton came off the bench to contribute three hits as the Orioles rallied from a six-run deficit to beat Toronto.
Devil Rays 8, White Sox 2
CHICAGO -- Tanyon Sturtze took a shutout into the ninth inning to win consecutive starts for the first time this season as Tampa Bay won.
