Redhawks will host meet today

The Southeast Missouri State cross country teams will get a chance to test out the course where they will host the Ohio Valley Conference meet.

Southeast will hold its Redhawks Classic at 5 p.m. today at the Cape Girardeau Jaycee Municipal Golf Course.

Only two other schools — Memphis and Eastern Kentucky, which is entering only a women's squad — will join Southeast's men and women in today's meet.

The Jaycee Municipal Golf Course will be the site of the OVC Championships on Nov. 1.

Baseball resumes today

The Southeast baseball program continues its intrasquad fall series with Game 3 today. First pitch is slated for 4 p.m. at Capaha Field.

The black and gray teams split the first two games of the best-of-7 series last week.

The squads will return to the diamond for Game 4 Saturday at noon.
