The Southeast Missouri State baseball team will conclude fall practice with its annual Steak & Beans World Series.

Southeast will divide its roster for the best-of-seven intrasquad competition that features the winning team being treated to a steak dinner and the losing squad receiving baked beans.

Game 1 will be Friday at Capaha Field, with the first pitch set for 4 p.m. The teams will square off again Saturday at noon.

The squads will return to the field Oct. 17 at 4 p.m. Game 4 will be Oct. 18 at noon. If necessary, games 5 through 7 will be scheduled and announced at a later date. All games are open to the public and free of charge.

* Game 1: Friday, 4 p.m.

  • Game 2: Saturday, noon

* Game 3: Oct. 17, 4 p.m.

  • Game 4: Oct. 18, noon
  • Game 5: TBA (if necessary)

  • Game 7: TBA (if necessary)
