Baylin tied a season-high 18 digs during Tuesday's loss at Tennessee-Martin, then posted a season-high 19 digs during Saturday's win over Jacksonville Saturday.

"We changed our type of defense and moved Andrea to a different spot at right-back and she got us a lot of quality digs down the line," Southeast coach Julie Yankus said in a release. "She did a great job of being where she needed to be and getting the job done for us."

Softball

Southeast was swept in a fall exhibition doubleheader against visiting Saint Louis on Sunday, losing 8-0 and 9-0.

The Redhawks had five hits in the opener, all singles. Freshman Aubrey Denno was the losing pitcher, allowing eight runs, seven earned, and seven hits along with six walks in four innings. Junior Lindsey Patterson finished up with three scoreless, one-hit innings.

Southeast also had five hits, all singles, in the nightcap. Sophomore Savannah Carpenter went 2 for 3. Freshman Keaira Schilling suffered the loss, allowing nine runs and eight hits in going the seven-inning distance. She struck out six and walked two.

The Redhawks, 2-4 in fall play, conclude their fall exhibition schedule Sunday at noon with home games against Three Rivers College and Crowder College.
