The Southeast women's tennis team evened its record at 6-6 with a 6-3 victory over Division II Florida Southern on Monday in Lakeland, Fla.

After splitting the three singles matches, Southeast swept the three doubles matches, which were counted as three points under Division II rules.

Winning singles matches for Southeast were Julia Masotti at No.3, Luz Garcia at No. 4 and Morgan Kemp, who won by default at No. 6.

Bryce Kristal and Drew Kristal won in No. 1 singles, Masotti and Juliana Negosek were victorious at No. 2, while Luz Garcia and Kemp won by default at No. 6.

Southeast returns to action today against the University of Tampa.
