Rams' Little listed as doubtful

ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Rams defensive end Leonard Little will be held out until the end of the week because of a torn chest muscle, but hasn't been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

An MRI exam on Tuesday showed the injury, which kept the Rams' best lineman out of last week's loss at San Francisco, was healing faster than had been anticipated. Little, among the league leaders with seven sacks, was listed as doubtful.

Outside linebacker Tommy Polley (dislocated elbow) was questionable, but is expected to play wearing a brace after missing two games.
