Perryville's season ended with a 55-50 loss Dexter in a first-round game in the Class 4 District 1 boys basketball tournament at Sikeston.
The Pirates (16-10) were outscored 30-19 in the second half after building a 31-25 halftime lead.
Rick Dunn and Tyler Bauwens led Perryville with 14 points apiece, and Michael Fritsche added 12 points.
Dexter will face top-seeded Notre Dame in the semifinals on Thursday.
