OTAHKS TO MAKE FINAL APPEARANCE AT HOME

Local gymnastics fans will have their final opportunity to watch Southeast Missouri State University's women's team perform at home Saturday.

The Otahkians conclude the home portion of their schedule when Winona State visits Houck Field House for a 1 p.m. dual meet.

It will be Senior Day for the Otahkians, although they have just one senior, Kathy Smith. She has battled injuries for much of the season but returned several weeks ago to limited action and should be at full strength Saturday.

There will also be gymnasts from various Southeast teams of the past attending the meet for an alumni get-together and dinner afterward.

Southeast, which has a 7-5 record, is coming off its second-highest score of the season, 190.850 during a lopsided loss at national powerhouse Michigan last weekend.
