Southeast Missouri State University's volleyball team extended its long Ohio Valley Conference winning streak Friday night.
The Otahkians rolled past Morehead State 15-11, 15-13, 15-4 at Houck Field House for their 32nd consecutive regular-season OVC victory.
Southeast, which has won four straight OVC regular-season titles, improved to 12-4 overall and 4-0 in league play. The Lady Eagles are 6-6 overall and 3-2 in OVC action.
Jackie Derwort, a sophomore outside hitter, was named the Southwestern Bell Wireless Player of the Match after recording 11 kills and 14 digs.
Senior setter Tuba Meto just missed out on her fourth triple-double of the season as she had 59 assists, 12 digs and nine kills.
Also in double figures in kills for the Otahkians were Krista Haukap with 11, Angie Aschoff with 10 and Rachelle Knapp with 10. Cathy Prichard added 12 digs.
"We got to play just about everybody and we played very well," said Southeast coach Cindy Gannon. "Tuba was outstanding as usual and (freshman middle blocker) Rachelle Knapp played well."
