COLUMBIA, Mo. -- A strong University of Missouri volleyball team ended Southeast Missouri State University's three-match winning streak with a four-set victory Monday night.
The host Tigers prevailed 30-14, 27-30, 30-14, 30-17 as they improved their record to 9-1. The Otahkians fell to 5-5.
Christi Myers powered home 18 kills for Missouri while Lisa Morris added 17.
Southeast got 11 kills from both Bobbi Carlile and Emily Johnson. Sara Frost added 10 kills.
Lori Lange had 13 digs to pace the Otahkians in that category. Johnson added 12. Emily Scannell dished out 38 assists.
