Southeast Missouri State University's volleyball team posted its third straight victory Tuesday night as the host Otahkians swept non-conference foe Arkansas State.
The Otahkians prevailed 30-22, 30-28, 30-26 in front of 178 fans at Houck Field House as they raised their record to 10-8 and dropped the Lady Indians to 7-9.
Bobbi Carlile led the Otahkians offensively as she powered home 19 kills.
Emily Johnson recorded a double-double with 12 kills and 14 digs -- she also had three service aces -- while Jessica Haupt added 10 digs to go along with four blocks.
Sarah Frost compiled seven kills and 15 digs while Emily Scannell dished out 39 assists.
Tessa Millikan paced ASU with 13 kills.
Southeast will return to Ohio Valley Conference play Friday night as Tennessee-Martin pays a visit to Houck for a key match. The teams are tied for third in the OVC with 6-2 records, just one-half game behind league-leading Eastern Illinois.
