Oran's bats awoke in a big way Tuesday with a home baseball rout of Bloomfield 17-2.

Caleb Seyer went 4-for-4, including two home runs and five RBIs. Austin Dumey added three hits and Chase Seyer had two hits and two RBIs. The Eagles (5-1) had 13 hits in all.

Trevor Irwin allowed one hit and no earned runs to pick up the victory.

Notre Dame junior Lauren Bader took first in the diving competition in a tri-meet at John Burroughs High School.

Bader finished ahead of teammate Emily Huber with a score of 156. Huber finished with a 147.65.

Hanna Seyer, Jamie Pobst and Callie Kielhofner combined for a no-hitter to lead the Eagles to a win at home.

Oran (3-1) managed just three hits but took advantage of numerous Bloomfield walks and errors. Seyer and Pobst struck out two apiece.

GOLF

Hillsboro 169, Perryville 205

Perryville lost in a dual meet at Raintree Country Club in Hillsboro, Mo.

Chris Streiler led the Pirates with a 12-over-par 48. Cory Esselman (51), Jon Zahner (52) and Chad Petzoldt (54) rounded out Perryville's top four.

Hillsboro also defeated the Pirates in the JV match, 199-212.
