Notre Dame rolled past St. Vincent in straight sets, winning 15-8, 15-12 in high school volleyball action Wednesday night at Notre Dame High School.
Lynn Obermiller notched seven kills for the Lady Bulldogs, who improved to 9-4-4 on the season.
Courtney Vickery and Jennifer VanGennip each added six kills while Ali Tyson collected five kills and 10 assists. Ashley Millham led all servers with 12 service points.
Notre Dame's JV improved to 12-0 on the season with a 15-12, 15-11 victory.
Meadow Heights 15-15
Chaffee 11-6
PATTON -- Meadow Heights improved its record to a lofty 17-1 with a sweep of Chaffee.
Holly Boyd led the attack with eight kills and one ace. Lisa Jones added four kills and Hanna James had three.
Meadow Heights won the JV match 15-12, 15-3.
Perryville 15-15
Cape Central 2-9
PERRYVILLE -- The Lady Tigers dropped to 1-11 with a two-set loss.
Alison Eaton led Central with four service points, while Mandy Blattner had two kills.
Perryville, which received seven kills from Natalie Bohnert, improved to 5-9. Katie Kutz added four kills and six service points, while Amber Buerck had nine assists.
Perryville also won the JV contest 15-8, 15-17, 16-14.
Leopold 15-15
Bell City 7-11
LEOPOLD -- Holly Jansen collected 11 kills as the Lady Wildcats swept Bell City.
Jessica Bollinger and Courtney Wesbecher each had three kills while Kyla Horrell had two kills and 11 digs. Wendy Vandeven dished out eight assists.
Leopold also swept the JV match 15-8, 15-8.
