Notre Dame High School's volleyball team had little trouble in claiming its 12th victory of the season Wednesday night as the Lady Bulldogs rolled past visiting Chaffee 15-5, 15-7.

The Lady Bulldogs improved to 12-7-4 while the Lady Red Devils fell to 0-12.

Courtney Vickery led Notre Dame with six kills. Ali Tyson and Lynn Obermiller added five kills each while Katie Canfield recorded 11 assists.

Notre Dame's junior varsity squad won 15-4 and 15-6.

Scott City 13-11

SCOTT CITY -- Scott City fell to 10-10-4 with a straight-set loss to Oran.

Sidney Baer led the Lady Rams with five kills while Lindsey Baker added four.

Oran won the JV match 9-15, 15-10, 15-9.

On Saturday, Scott City won the title in its own seven-team tournament, beating Oran 15-7, 15-10 in the finals. Earlier, the Lady Rams defeated Portageville 13-15, 15-3, 15-8 and Oak Ridge 15-8, 15-3. Baker had 20 kills in the tourney to lead Scott City.
