Eagles 38, Cowboys 24

In his highly anticipated return to Philadelphia, Terrell Owens had just three catches and was outdone by the Eagles' young receivers.

Donovan McNabb threw touchdown passes of 40 yards to Reggie Brown and 87 yards to Hank Baskett, and Lito Sheppard returned an interception 102 yards in the final minute to seal the victory for Philadelphia (4-1). Owens was merely an afterthought for most of the game as the Cowboys fell to 2-2.

Chiefs 23, Cardinals 20

Larry Johnson rumbled 78 yards on a pass play from Damon Huard to set up Lawrence Tyne's 19-yard field goal with 1:36 to play and the Chiefs (2-2) rallied from 10 down in the fourth quarter to beat Arizona (1-4).

Matt Leinart completed 22 of 35 passes for 253 yards and two touchdowns. He was intercepted once. With the clock winding down, Leinart drove the Cardinals into field-goal range. But Neil Rackers missed a 51-yard kick that would have tied it with 2 seconds to play.

Colts 14, Titans 13

Peyton Manning led the Colts on a late scoring drive for the second straight week, hooking up with Reggie Wayne for a 2-yard touchdown pass with 5:10 left and giving Indianapolis (5-0) a come-from-behind victory.

The Titans (0-5) have lost seven straight in the series. Travis Henry, inactive last week, finished with 19 carries for 123 yards -- his first 100-yard game with the Titans.

Bears 40, Bills 7

The Chicago Bears ruined Dick Jauron's homecoming with an offensive explosion like he never witnessed during five years as their head coach.

Rex Grossman threw two touchdown passes, Cedric Benson scored his first two NFL touchdowns and the Bears forced five turnovers in a drubbing of Jauron's Buffalo Bills that launched Chicago to its first 5-0 start since 1986.

Robbie Gould kicked four field goals as the Bears ran their scoring margin through five games to 156 points scored and 36 allowed.

Saints 24, Buccaneers 21

Reggie Bush made his first NFL touchdown worth the wait.

The rookie running back -- drafted with immense fanfare after winning the Heisman Trophy -- brought back a critical punt return 65 yards for a touchdown with under five minutes remaining to lift New Orleans.

The return kept the Saints (4-1) atop the NFC South.Tampa Bay fell to 0-4.

Giants 19, Redskins 3

Michael Strahan and the much-maligned defense limited Washington (2-3) to 164 total yards, and Eli Manning threw a touchdown pass and set up three of Jay Feely's four field goals with long passes to lead the Giants (2-2).

Panthers 20, Browns 12

Julius Peppers had a sack, forced a fumble and hit quarterback Charlie Frye five other times and Richard Marshall returned an interception for a touchdown for Carolina (3-2).

Peppers constantly hounded Frye and the Browns (1-4), who managed only four field goals by Phil Dawson.

Vikings 26, Lions 17

Detroit (0-5) squandered a 17-3 lead in the fourth quarter and Minnesota's defense scored two touchdowns on turnovers by Jon Kitna in the final period for a victory.

Ben Leber returned Kitna's fumble 1 yard for a touchdown to cut Detroit's lead to 17-16 and Ryan Longwell made a 20-yard field goal to give the Vikings (3-2) a 19-17 lead with 3 minutes to play.

Patriots 20, Dolphins 10

Asante Samuel intercepted two passes by Joey Harrington that led to two touchdowns, and New England overcame a mediocre performance by Tom Brady. The Patriots (4-1) matched their season total with three takeaways against the Dolphins (1-4).

Jaguars 41, Jets 0

The Jaguars (3-2) scored touchdowns on four of their first five possessions, quickly rebounding from consecutive losses and routing the Jets (2-3).

Maurice Drew ran for two touchdowns, Fred Taylor added another and Byron Leftwich capped the fast start with a 1-yard TD pass to George Wrighster. Taylor ran 21 times for 111 yards.

49ers 34, Raiders 20

Arnaz Battle caught two touchdown passes from Alex Smith, and the 49ers overcame Randy Moss' 100th career TD reception with a strong second half.

Frank Gore rushed for a career-high 134 yards for the 49ers (2-3), who scored 24 straight points after halftime. The Raiders fell to 0-4.

Chargers 23, Steelers 13

Philip Rivers threw two touchdown passes, including a 22-yarder to All-Pro tight end Antonio Gates midway through the third quarter that lifted San Diego (3-1) to victory over the slumping Super Bowl champion Steelers (1-3).
