The Scott County Central Bravettes defeated the Gideon Bulldogs 21-6 on Wednesday at Scott County Central High School.

The offense of SCC was led by sophomore Brookelyn Sauceda who went 2-2 with two walks, four RBIs and came around to score herself four times. On the mound for the Bravettes, Khloe Tolle went the full four innings and finished with two strikeouts and two walks.

A monster 13-run second inning gave SCC the win in their regular-season finale.

__East Prarie 11, Scott City 10__

The East Prarie Eagles defeated the Scott City Rams 11-10 on Wednesday at East Prarie High School.

The offense of the Rams was led by junior Mackenzie Lawless who went 2-4 with a walk, two RBIs and came around to score herself once. Lawless also pitched the complete game for Scott City and finished with eight strikeouts and two walks.

Scott City will begin play in the Class 2 District 2 Tournament against Clearwater at 10 a.m. on Saturday at host site Woodland.
