Scott City defeated Scott County Central 60-43 on Wednesday at FedEx Forum in Memphis, TN. The Rams were led on offense by junior Kalen Conner who finished with 10 points and Scott County was led by junior Asher Britt with 12 points.

Scott City will begin play in the Class 3 District 2 tournament against Saxony Lutheran at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Scott County will begin play in the Class 1 District 2 Tournament against Bell City at 8 p.m. on Monday.

__GBB: Woodland 37, Meadow Heights 25__

Woodland defeated Meadow Heights 37-25 on Wednesday at Woodland High School.

The offense of the Cardinals was led by senior Caroline Rhodes with 16 points, followed by senior Sarah Wilkinson with 10 points. Meadow Heights was led on offense by junior Rachael Hellebusch who finished with 17 points.

Woodland gets Oak Ridge at home at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday while Meadow Heights will travel to Twin Rivers at 6 p.m. on Friday.

__GBB: Cape Central 60, Sikeston 48__

Cape Central defeated Sikeston 60-48 on Wednesday at Sikeston High School.

The offense of the Tigers was led by senior Ki Bogan who finished with 33 points. Sikeston was led by sophomore Landri Hammontree with 22 points, followed by sophomore Khalia Andrews with 10 points.

Cape Central will travel to Park Hills Central at 6 p.m. on Monday while Sikeston will travel to Neelyville at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.

__GBB: Oak Ridge 62, St. Paul 44__

Oak Ridge earned a big road win over St. Paul (Farmington) on Wednesday 62-44.

Reagan Howe led the Blue Jays with 22 points and 15 rebounds for a double-double. Madyson Ruehling also notched a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Abby Morrison scored 11 points, followed by Hailey Ward with eight points. MaKayla Rangel and Addi Urhahn rounded out the scoring for the Blue Jays with two points each.

The Blue Jays have now won nine games this season, which is their most in the previous four years.

Oak Ridge will finish the regular season on Thursday at Woodland.
