Missourian girls basketball roundup, Dec. 14: Delta rolls over Scott City to continue unbeaten streak

The Delta Bobcats defeated the Scott City Rams 108-27 on Thursday at Scott City High School.

Delta was led on offense by Addison Nichols with a game-high 36 points, followed by Presley Holweg with 29, Jade Berry with 11, Grace Ancell and Mya Gillespie each finished with 12.

The Rams were led by Grace Karrenbrock with 10 points.

Delta and Scott City both will compete in the First State Community Bank Holiday Classic beginning on Saturday.

__Notre Dame 68, Poplar Bluff 38__

The Notre Dame Bulldogs defeated the Poplar Bluff Mules 68-38 on Thursday at Poplar Bluff High School.

Notre Dame was led on offense by Neveah Lucious with 23 points, followed by Kate Rubel with 14 and Brie Rubel with 12. One defense, Lucious had five blocked shots and Kate Rubel had four steals.

The Bulldogs will host Lutheran St. Charles on Monday at 6:30 p.m.

__Jefferson 56, Oak Ridge 55__

The Jefferson Blue Jays defeated the Oak Ridge Blue Jays 56-55 on Thursday at Oak Ridge High School.

Oak Ridge was led on offense by Reagan Howe with 20 points, followed by Kinsley Bogenpohl with 18.

The Blue Jays will next compete in the First State Community Bank Holiday Classic beginning on Saturday.
