Jackson baseball (18-6) trailed for six innings on Tuesday, but the Indians turned on the jets in the seventh and didn't relinquish in extras.

That was thanks to Garrison Brown, who launched a two-run homer to go from down a run to in the saddle.

Kennett equalized in the bottom of the seventh on a passed ball, but Jackson's go-ahead sacrifice fly in the eighth from Jaiden Glency scored Cooper Rhodes for the win.

Rhodes led Jackson with three hits in the win, including a double, with Brown's two hits including that two-run jack.

Matthew Gardner doubled and singled for the Kennett Indians at home, while Ashton Williams got Kennett's lone RBI in the loss.

Drew Parsons got the win on the mound for Jackson, pitching seven innings on five hits and a hit-by-pitch, striking out 12 batters and earning just one run.

Brynson Garcia got the save with a perfect eighth inning, striking out a pair to keep Jackson perfect in conference play.

Oran (10-5) got a big win at home on Tuesday, cracking down on a SEMO Conference opponent in Poplar Bluff for an impressive win.

Led by the three hits of Carson Kern, while Gabe Dirnberger and Parker Bryant each homered for three RBIs, the Oran offense was relentless in its hounding of the Mules on home soil.

Rolen Heuring pitched the final two frames for the Eagles, allowing two hits but never wavering in his effort, getting the save nod from the team.

Noah Spain led the Mules with three hits in the loss, while Dylan Hall racked up two behind him. The Mules hit eight times, all for singles.

__SB: Oak Ridge 14, East Prairie 3__

Oak Ridge (10-4) made it eight wins in a row on Tuesday afternoon with a crackdown on East Prairie on the road.

Hailey Ward's three hits, good for a triple and a pair of singles, led the way for the Bluejay offense.

Madalyn Schemel, Kinsley Bogenpohl, Madyson Ruehling and Addilyn Burnett each hit twice behind her as the Jays finished with 13 hits as a team.

Bogenpohl grabbed another big win in the circle, throwing all five innings and earning three runs on four hits and two walks.

Addisyn Aters' two hits led the Eagles' offense for the day, tripling once while Ava Bright clubbed a triple to provide support.

__BB: Saxony 14, Bell City 4__

Bell City (9-6) scored the first four runs, but that's about all that went the Cubs' way as Saxony (10-4) put down the hammer in a five-inning victory.

The Crusaders scored four in the first, two in the second and put the game away with a staggering five-run fourth.

Blake Gaebler walked it off with a bases-loaded walk to get the mercy-rule ender, his third RBI of the day.

Brayden Moore led the Saxony offense with a three-hit effort, driving in five runs to seal the win.

David Weinhold got the win on the mound, and his two doubles and two walks saw him score four times to push the Crusaders further out in front.

Baylor Eftink doubled while Landon Stewart drove in a pair of runs on a single, but that's all the offense Bell City had cooking on Tuesday.

__SB: Woodland 16, Delta 1__

If you want to get the game over with early, a 10-run first will do the trick, and that's what Woodland (12-6) did to Delta (3-12) on Tuesday afternoon.

It took four innings to wrap this one up as the Cardinals hit nine times while walking 13, drawing another three hit-by-pitches.

Rhodie Long and Makayla Altenthal each hit twice, while Mallary Barks drove in four runs on a triple and a pair of walks.

Long grabbed the win with her two innings of play without an earned run, striking out three before Altenthal pitched a final two with just one hit allowed and five strikeouts.

Jolie Scherer hit twice for the Ladycats, coming around the score for their only run in the lopsided loss.

Sikeston's been on a tear lately, and Notre Dame (11-10) was the latest victim in a staggering loss on home turf.

Ransom Grindstaff didn't earn a run in the win, striking out 13 Cardinal batters with just four hits and not a single walk issued.

Colton Jordan hit twice, both for singles, to lead Woodland's production in the loss, keeping them close but not close enough to take a game off the Panthers.

__BB: Delta 18, Delta C-7 0__

In a battle of the Deltas, the Bobcats (2-16) dismantled the Chargers on the road to grab win No. 2 of the season.

Jase Anglin, Bryce Cox, Paxton Hornbuckle and Rylin Huffman each hit twice, with Cox and Huffman each providing doubles while Hornbuckle led in runs driven in with four.

__BB: St. Vincent 6, Kelly 2__

St. Vincent's (5-9) three-run fourth had a lot to do with what unfolded on Tuesday as the Indians knocked off a tough Kelly (7-10) team on the road.

It's been a season of hard knocks for the Hawks, and that continued as both Augusta Unterreiner and Christian Schaaf knocked base hits twice, each for a double once.

Simon Barber drove in a team-high two runs as the Indians pieced up the Hawks for seven hits and seven walks, drawing a hit-by-pitch and getting plenty insurance.

Nicholas Buchheit got the win for St. V's, throwing 6.2 innings on five hits and four walks, earning two but holding Kelly at bay all game long.

Reece Eftink led the Hawk offense with two hits, singling twice while three added singles behind him, but another dry day led to another tough loss for the Kelly front.

__BB: Charleston 9, Oak Ridge 4__

Charleston had its way with Oak Ridge (3-10) on Tuesday, scoring three in the second and dictating the pace en route to a mighty victory at home.

Konnor Hobeck and Landon Burnett hach hit twice for Oak Ridge, led by the three RBIs of Hobeck on a pair of singles.

But a balanced and punishing Charleston attack took full advantage of its opportunities, only hitting five times but drawing seven walks and a staggering six hit batters.

Owen Willis got the win for Charleston, throwing 5.1 innings on just two earned runs, striking out 11 Oak Ridge batters to command his Blue Jays to a big win at home.

__BB: Puxico 7, Advance 5__

Advance (3-12) got a three-run lead early, but that wasn't enough to put away Puxico as the Indians rallied late for the win at home.

Jameson Hamlin and Kadon Rodgers each hit twice for Advance, while freshman Braxton Kennedy hit a single for two RBIs.

But Puxico capitalized on Advance's six errors, and paired with five hits, two walks and a hit batter, the Indians punched their way to the win.

With a sixth-inning error in the Advance infield, Puxico sent two around to score the go-ahead run and tack on another to seal the victory.
