McDonald, a first baseman, batted .375 as a senior. She had seven doubles, two triples and 22 runs batted in to earn all-conference, all-district and all-state honors.

"Erica is really a good hitter," said Lang. "Her strong point is her bat."

Lunsford, a second baseman, batted .282 as a senior and had a .322 career average. Her 24 stolen bases led the team as she earned all-district honors.

"Michelle's big thing is her speed," Lang said. "She's very quick and she can put the bunt down."
