The Poplar Bluff Lady Mules fell to West County 56-47 in their opener at the AMPED Lifestyle Shootout at the Farmington Civic Center on Saturday morning.
Kennedy Zgaynor led the Lady Mules with 12 points as she was the only Poplar Bluff player to finish in double digits.
The Lady Mules return to the court Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. for their first true road game of the season as they take on the Scott County Central Lady Braves.
Poplar Bluff player in the SEMO Conference Tournament starting Nov. 27 with the Lady Mules’ home opening coming Nov. 14 against Notre Dame.
