Lacy Bearcats fall to Arcadia Valley

The Dexter Lady Bearcats fell to the Arcadia Valley Lady Tigers 7-2 at home Thursday afternoon.

The Lady Tigers swept doubles play with Madeline Coles and Kylee Hartwick defeating Katarrah Churchill and Emerson Dorton 8-2, Lily Pursley and Reese Brogan defeated Sophia James and Febe Chanel Worley 9-7 and Meleah Lara and Meadow Boushey defeated Puja S Maisuria and Kinley Kennedy 8-0.

In singles action Pursley, Brogan, Lara and Boushey recorded wins for Arcadia Valley. Churchill defeated Coles 8-4 and Worley defeated Hartwick 8-4 to record wins for Dexter.

Dexter (4-) will be in action Saturday at the Kennett Invitational Tournament while Arcadia Valley (4-5) visits Poplar Bluff on Friday.
