KENNETT – Dexter High School came out on top of the Kennett Quad golf tournament Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
On Kennett Country Club's course with a par of 36, Dexter's Alyssa Warren medaled for the Bearcats with a two-over score of 38. With a team score of 164, she was followed by Tucker Temples with 42, Ben Christian with 43, Banks Nesselrodt with 45, Carter Stone with 41 and Ethan Zabelin with 64.
Sikeston finished in second place with a total score of 194. Ben James scored 47. William Lape, Camden Copeland and Harrison Arndt each scored 49, Colby Ault scored 51, Eli Stephenson scored 52 and William Sims scored 58.
With just two golfers, Dax Sutton scored 55 while Tanner Hansen scored 62 for Kennett.
With only three, Caruthersville's Thomas Hays scored 51, Jackson Holder scored 44 and John Thompson scored 54.
Next up, Kennett will be on the road as they travel to the Notre Dame Invitational April 3.
