Kelly senior Cody Kern raced to victory in the boys race at the Oak Ridge Invitational cross country meet Tuesday.
Kern covered the course in 16 minutes, 5 seconds, while Delta's Zach Riegert was third (16:28) and Woodland's Dylan Drum fourth (16:30).
The host Blue Jays won the meet with 71 points, five points ahead of Crystal City. Caleb Elam led Oak Ridge with a ninth-place finish (17:11).
Chaffee's Luisa Boschan finished second in the girls race, crossing the line in 18:58. Saxony Lutheran's Kristin Dippold was third in 20:18.
