Kalie Hughes struck out 12, walked two and allowed two hits in a complete-game victory Monday as Kelly's softball team shut out visiting Delta 9-0.
The Hawks improved to 13-2. Hughes is 11-1.
Brittany Ponder finished with four hits, and Hughes added two for Kelly.
Kendra Burnett had both hits for Delta (4-4), and took the loss on the mound.

Central won the second game but suffered a home loss.
The Tigers (9-6-2) were led by Kristin Shirrell with 13 assists and nine digs. Melissa Espinoza had seven kills and Rita Walter added seven blocks.

Cassie Seiler had 21 assists and seven digs as Leopold improved to 10-1 with a home win.
Erin Woodfin had six kills and two blocks, and Casey Bucher led the Wildcats with seven kills.
Lindsay Cook had four kills and 10 assists as Chaffee picked up its first victory at home.
Kelsey Spears added four kills for the Red Devils (1-4), Lindsey McKinley had eight aces and Christa Beck had seven digs.
Kristen Margrabe had eight aces and four kills in a home win.
Lyndse Hamby added three aces and three kills for the Eagles (3-1). Emily Schlegel had four assists.
