Kelly hangs on for win over Oran

BENTON, Mo. — Kelly defeated Oran 50-48 on Tuesday, Jan. 10.

The Hawks (7-8) hung on for the victory after the Eagles’ (7-6) desperate attempt for a comeback in the fourth quarter.

Reece Eftink scored a game-high 16 to lead Kelly, while Kolten Payne led Oran with 14.

Both teams return to the hardwood on Friday. Kelly travels to Chaffee (6-9), while Oran will host St. Vincent (9-7).
