Host Portageville rallied from a five-point halftime deficit to beat Kelly 53-34 in Thursday night's Class 3 District 1 girls championship game.
Kelly led 23-18 at the break, but was outscored 35-11 in the second half, including 9-0 in the fourth quarter.
Jelleea Drake led Portageville with 16 points, while Kayla Cissell paced Kelly with 11 points.
