ST. LOUIS -- Mike Johnson had two goals and an assist to lead the Phoenix Coyotes to a 5-3 victory over the Blues on Saturday night.

Deron Quint, Branko Radivojevic and Daymond Langkow also scored for the Coyotes, who won their second road game in two nights following four straight losses. Brian Boucher made 29 saves.

Pavol Demitra and Al MacInnis each had a goal and an assist for the Blues. Dallas Drake also scored, and Keith Tkachuk had two assists.

St. Louis goaltender Brent Johnson was pulled in the second period after allowing three goals on 15 shots.

Mike Johnson scored at 18:03 of the second period to give Phoenix a 4-3 lead, and he added an empty-net goal with less than a minute remaining in the third. Langkow also assisted on Johnson's go-ahead goal.

Demitra scored first for the Blues on a power play at 11:32 of the first period. In the previous 12 games, the Coyotes had allowed just two power-play goals in 50 chances.

Quint beat Brent Johnson from the left side of the net at 17:41 to tie it, then Phoenix scored three goals in the second period for a 4-3 lead.

Langkow scored 12 seconds into the second period. Brent Johnson slid to block a shot by Langkow, but he could not corral the loose puck and Langkow put it into an open net for a 2-1 lead.

St. Louis tied it at 2:39 when MacInnis scored on a slap shot from the top of the slot.

However, the Coyotes scored 13 seconds later for a 3-2 lead. Radivojevic scored on slap shot from the right circle that that went between Brent Johnson's legs. The Blues pulled Johnson for Fred Braithwaite.

Drake deflected a shot by Alexander Khavanov for St. Louis at 13:37 for a short-handed goal to tie it at 3.

Phoenix answered with a goal by Mike Johnson at 18:03. Mike Johnson's empty-net goal came at 19:11 of the third.

Notes: C Doug Weight remains out of the St. Louis lineup with a facial fracture he sustained Feb. 11 at Buffalo. ... St. Louis lost for the first time in its last six games at home against Phoenix. ... Phoenix G Zac Bierk sustained a slight groin pull Friday at Minnesota and is listed as day-to-day. The Coyotes recalled Jean-Marc Pelletier from Springfield of the AHL.
