The Cape Girardeau Jaycees will host the NFL Gatorade Punt, Pass, and Kick competition on Sunday, Sept. 26.

The competition is free and open to boys and girls ages 8-15. It will be held at Cape Central High School football practice field (Independence and Caruthers) from 1-3 p.m. Age classification is as of December 31, 1999.

The top finisher from each of the eight age groups will advance to a sectional competition to be held in Cape Girardeau. The winners of the sectional competition will have their scores compared with other sectional champions, with the top five scorers from the pool of sectional champions advancing to the TWA Dome.

No cleats or football shoes will be allowed.
