The Jackson wrestling team rode undefeated days from four wrestlers to a 4-3 record at the Missouri Duals in Jefferson City on Saturday.

Levi Rayburn (103 pounds), Clay Rouse (119), Justin Darnell (215) and Blake Peiffer all went undefeated for the Indians.

Jackson beat Oakville 54-15, downed McCluer North 41-27, lost to Waynesville 40-34, knocked off Columbia Hickman 69-12, fell to Granite City 42-23, lost to Jefferson City 33-25 and finished with a 33-24 win over Lebanon.

Ryan Marble went 6-1 at 160 pounds, while Michael Riney went 6-1 at 189.

GIRLS SWIMMING LaDue Invite

Central's Shannon Nuyt swam the 100 individual medley in 1 minute, 8.25 seconds to win the event by 3 seconds.

The Tigers placed 10th out of 15 teams.

Annie Wolpers took fifth in the 100 freestyle (58.55), while Nuyt was sixth (1:00.33).

Lizzie Schmidt finished sixth in the 100 breaststroke (1:20.54).

Central's 400 freestyle relay team finished fifth in 4:15.48.

GIRLS BASKETBALL Farmington 68, Central 37

Wendi Zickfield poured in 16 points, but it wasn't enough as the Tigers fell on the road.

Sadie Pittman added 12 points for Central (3-3).
