Autumn Reid slammed 10 kills as host Jackson swept arch-rival Central 25-14, 25-13 in volleyball action Tuesday.

Maci McCuan added 12 assists, 11 digs, six kills and two blocks for Jackson (2-5-1). McKinzie Scott recorded 13 assists and four aces, Jenna Little slammed six kills and Kali Beussink notched five digs for the Indians. Kayla Thurman added 10 digs and four aces.

JV -- Jackson won 25-12, 25-13

Windsor 25 17 25 Perryville 17 25 19

Alex Spears tallied 10 kills and three blocks, but Perryville dropped its first volleyball conference match of the season.

Kayla Buxton dished out 13 assists and Libbi Schnurbusch recorded 14 digs for the Pirates. Perryville fell to 6-2 overall and 0-1 in the Jefferson County Activities Association.

Notre Dame 25 25, Ste. Genevieve 13 20

Sam Feeney dished out 26 assists, nailed four kills and served four aces to lead the Bulldogs in a road sweep of the Dragons (7-4).

Abbie McAlister tallied 15 kills, and Lydia Goodson notched four kills and 12 digs for Notre Dame (4-3-1). Lexi Welker added five kills.

JV -- Notre Dame won 28-26, 26-24

St. Vincent 25 25 Crystal City 11 10

Kassidy Kassel and Gabby Schemel each slammed six kills as the Indians coasted in a conference road victory over the Hornets (1-6).

Jackie Verseman added five kills, and Kellie L'Hote had 19 assists for St. Vincent (5-3).

JV -- St. Vincent won 25-19, 25-11

Bernie 25 25, Advance 22 17

The Mules notched their second conference victory and upped their record to 3-1 in a win at home over the Hornets.

Advance fell to 7-3-1 with the loss.

Kennett 25 25, Scott City 13 10

The Indians improved to 5-2 with a home sweep of the Rams (1-5).

FALL SOFTBALL

Perryville 11, Herculaneum 0

Emma Nelson blasted two triples and two doubles in four at-bats to help lead the Pirates to a five-inning road rout of the Black Cats.

Courtney Wingerter was the winning pitcher and also doubled. She went the distance and recorded six strikeouts and three walks for Perryville (4-6).

Alyssa Huson suffered the loss in the circle for Herculaneum.

Erica Gray also doubled for Jackson (6-4).

Tatum May was the losing pitcher. She had three strikeouts and one walk.

Kaylen Glastetter doubled to pace Oran (3-7).

Nikki Peters picked up the win in the circle. She went the distance and gave up one earned run on five hits with five strikeouts and five walks.

Haylie Santos and Madison Landeros each had a double for Notre Dame (7-2).

Shelby Sievers suffered the loss. She pitched 1 2/3 innings and allowed seven earned runs on six hits, walked two and struck out none.

Gracie King hit a double to lead Poplar Bluff (5-3) at the plate.
