It took Jackson nine innings to knock off Central 6-4 on the road as the Indians won their third game in as many days.
Hannah Fowler picked up her sixth win on the mound for Jackson (10-14), lasting all nine innings and walking none.
Callie Hoffman took the loss for the Tigers (4-18).
Central's Courtney Schuessler drove in the game-tying run in the bottom of the seventh to send the game to extra innings. Both teams scored once in the eighth before Jackson's Chelsea McDowell hit a two-run single in the ninth to put the Indians ahead for good.
Hana Bolen had three hits for Jackson, and Jessica Pitts and Callie McCuan each had two.
Central's Jami Dement, Susie Edwards and Jamie Lester had two hits apiece.
Jackson's JV won 3-0.

Oak Ridge rallied for a three-set home victory over Woodland.
Erin Hahs had seven kills to lead Oak Ridge (6-7). Kelsey Schaper added five kills and four blocks, Whitney Roberts had five kills and six digs, and Cynthia Volz recorded 21 assists.
Woodland swept the JV match.
