Dylan Rush and Jacob Colyott captured individual titles to lead the Jackson wrestling team to a tie for second place at the Class 4 District 1 meet Saturday at Lindbergh High School.
The Indians will send six wrestlers to the state meet next weekend in Columbia, Mo.
Rush won the 145-pound title, while Colyott won at 152 pounds.
Junior Kodi Byrd will make his third consecutive trip for the Indians after taking second at 113 pounds. He is the lone Jackson qualifier who also went to the state meet last year.
Jarrett Reisenbichler (106), Cody Morgan (170) and Ben Rushin (195) also earned trips to the state meet for the Indians.
Seckman won the district title with 209 points, while Jackson and Eureka tied for second with 161 points.
Notre Dame will send four wrestlers after scoring 85 points at the Class 2 District 1 meet at De Soto.
Junior Trever Foltz will make his third straight trip to the state meet after taking second at 182 pounds. Trenton Gross will return to the state meet after finishing second at 120 pounds.
Sophomore Caleb Heisserer (113) and junior Alex Elsey (160) will be making their first trips to the state meet for the Bulldogs.
Central got one wrestler through at the Class 3 District 1 meet at Farmington.
Senior Austin Martin took third at 145 pounds. He also qualified for the state meet last year.
