Jackson spikers rally for three-set victory

Jackson's volleyball team closed in on the 20-victory mark Monday night as the Indians rallied past host Clearwater 23-25, 25-12, 25-10.

Molly Hartmann led the Indians (18-9-3) with 10 kills, and Amanda Peiffer led in blocks with 10. Lucy Hartmann added four digs.

JV -- Jackson (16-9-4) 25-17, 25-14.

Leopold 25-25

St. Vincent 16-10

Amber Nenninger had 14 kills and 13 digs as Leopold won at home.

Tonya Arnzen added seven kills for the Wildcats (19-5). Lori VanderMierden had 10 digs and four blocks, while Rachel Crader recorded 20 assists.

JV -- Leopold 25-14, 25-23.

Advance 25-25

Greenville 23-15

Kaci Cooper and Kacie Ritter both had six kills as Advance won at home. Lindsay Payne added two aces for the Hornets (17-10-1).

Puxico 25-25

Scott City 15-21

Scott City fell at powerhouse Puxico.

Kaci Cartwright led the Rams (22-9) with five kills, seven digs and three blocks. Jenny Glency had four kills and two blocks. Lindsey Amick led in assists with nine.

Oran 25-25

Oak Ridge 23-14

Oran won at home on senior night.

Senior Amanda Eftink led the Eagles (14-14-1) with four blocks. Carmen Duncan led in kills with five, and Duncan and Courtney Nenninger both had seven digs.

JV -- Oak Ridge 25-20, 25-4.
