Dale, Tenholder, Roach, Emily Dietl and Bobbi Jo Schlick each recorded an assist.

Jackson improved to 8-1.

St. Vincent 3, Festus 0

Liz Brueckner, Rachel Sueterer and Courtney Besand each scored as the Indians posted the shutout.

Brooke Brown and Megan Moll each earned an assist in the win.

St. Vincent improved to 7-1.

Central 3, Sikeston 0

Sarah Uptmor had two goals while Danielle Markhart added one as the Tigers shut out the Bulldogs.

Meg Goodman played goalie in the first half, then Jackie Twidwell took over in the second half.

Central moved to 4-4.

Notre Dame 1, Poplar Bluff 0

After playing to a scoreless tie in the first half, the Bulldogs' Taylor Sanders found the back of the net for Notre Dame.

Paige Schumer earned an assist on the goal.

Shelley Frank recorded the shutout at goalie for Notre Dame (8-0).

BOYS TENNIS Sikeston 5, Central 4

The Tigers split the singles matches with the Bulldogs, but Sikeston won at Nos. 1 and 2 doubles to pick up the win.

The loss dropped Central to 6-4 in dual meets this season.

Tigers hurler Garrett Stevens pitched a complete game and stroked a two-run homer to help the Tigers to the victory.

Stevens gave up 11 hits, five runs, two earned, while striking out seven batters. He hit his home run in the bottom of the sixth.

Central (5-9, 3-3) stole eight bases. Brooks Osburn was 3-for-3 in steals.

The Wildcats continued their hot streak with a four-hitter by Whitney Vandeven in a home victory.

Leopold (7-1), fresh off winning the Oak Ridge tournament Saturday, banged out 15 hits. Vandeven had three, including a triple, and drove in four runs. Casey Bucher had three hits and two RBI, while Emily Vandeven was 4-for-4. Chelsey Stoverink and Cassie Seiler each had two hits and an RBI.

On the mound, Whitney Vandeven struck out six to improve to 4-0.

Charleston won the first game, capitalizing on some late errors by Oak Ridge.

Oak Ridge pitcher Hannah Sedgwick suffered the loss, but recorded 10 strikeouts and walked just one.

In the second game, Sedgwick earned the win. She threw two scoreless innings before Shelby Proctor entered the game to pitch the last five innings.

Proctor and Sedwick combined for six strikeouts.

Oak Ridge (4-5) plays Leopold today.
