The Jackson boys soccer team notched its 10th win of the season Monday, rolling past visiting Poplar Bluff 6-0.

Law Duncan scored two goals for the Indians (10-4), while Dylan Blaylock, Clay Baker, Brice Steger and Brandon Liebekenecht all added one.

Duncan, Baker, Steger and Nick Rangel contributed assists.

The shutout was shared by goalies Cody Boehme and Austin Baker.

JV -- Jackson 5-0.

SOFTBALL

Delta 17, Clearwater 1

Delta held Clearwater without a hit during a 16-run road victory in five innings.

Winning pitcher Kendra Burnett struck out seven and walked one in three innings. Myra Henson pitched the final two innings, striking out three.

Burnett and Taylor Smith each went 3 for 3. Courtney Beggs went 3 for 4, while Katie Brucker and Macey Parks both added two hits for Delta (15-5).

MaryAnn Bradshaw led Jackson in kills with six. Rachael Meyr had three kills, three aces, 13 assists and four digs. Taylor Glueck had five kills and nine digs. Jill Rushin added 12 digs.

Bell City 24 25 25

Bell City rallied to beat visiting Central.

Jasmine Johnson had 16 kills and five blocks for the Cubs (13-7). Trisha Slagley recorded six aces and 14 assists.

Charis Stewart led the Tigers (7-14-2) with 10 aces, 10 digs and eight kills. Tori Scheller had 14 assists and six digs. Diane Langenfeld had 10 digs, two kills and one ace. Chelsea Pannier added eight kills.

JV -- Central won.

Visiting Zalma swept a best-of-five match.

Amanda Young led Oran (1-8-1) with eight digs, two kills and one block. Holly Milan had four digs and two aces.
