Defending district champion Jackson advanced to the Class 4 District 1 semifinals with a 10-4 win Monday over sixth-seeded Poplar Bluff at Central High School.
The third-seeded Indians will take on No. 2 Seckman today at 2 p.m. Top-seeded Central will meet No. 4 Farmington, a 5-3 winner over Fox, in the other semifinal at 4:15.
Jackson (13-9) scored all 10 runs in the first three innings.
Luke Crader led Jackson with three hits, and Rex Meyr added two.
Logan Lawson earned the pitching win, striking out 10 batters and allowing three earned runs in seven innings.

Only one upset occurred on a day of blowouts in the Class 1 District 2 tournament at Oran.
Fourth-seeded Bell City fell to No. 5 Bernie 6-5 in the only close game of the day. Bernie scored six runs in the fourth inning to win. Nick Niemczyk and Clay Dover had a home run and a double apiece for Bell City.
Top-seeded Oran got a home run from Chase Seyer to cruise past No. 8 Richland 12-0. Alex Chasteen got the win.
Daryl Wade led No. 2 Advance with three hits in a 16-2 win over No. 7 Scott County Central. Josh Bailey and Rusty Hendricks -- the winning pitcher -- had two hits apiece.
The third-seeded Red Devils routed No. 6 Delta 20-2. Andy Hendrix went 3-for-3 with a home run, and Brad Daugherty added a home run. Korey Chapman also had three hits for Chaffee. Alex Orr got the win on the mound.

Top-seeded Saxony Lutheran outhit No. 8 Lesterville 11-2 and rolled to a 10-0 first-round victory in five innings at Oak Ridge.
Dustin Roth, Peter Winningham and Michael Fritschee each had two hits for the Crusaders (11-6).
Winningham earned his fifth win on the mound.
Saxony will meet No. 5 Meadow Heights in the semifinal round today at 2 p.m.
Meadow Heights scored four runs in the top of the seventh inning and held off a late comeback by No. 4 Leopold to win 7-4.
The two teams combined for nine errors and just eight hits in wet conditions.
Winningham recorded the win for the Panthers.
Third-seeded South Iron scored eight unanswered runs to pull away from No. 6 Oak Ridge in a 14-6 victory.
South Iron will take on Valley Caledonia, a 14-2 winner against Viburnum, in the semifinal round today at 4 p.m.
Oak Ridge (2-13) knotted the score at 6-6 in the top of the fifth inning, but South Iron countered with three runs in the bottom half of the fifth and five runs in the sixth.
Zach Buchheit led the Blue Jays with two hits. Ethan Sachs suffered the loss.

Second-seeded Notre Dame surrendered four runs in the seventh but held on for a 6-4 win over No. 7 Fredericktown.
Three errors in the top of the seventh helped Fredericktown edge back into the game, but Shane Menz was able to get the final out with runners on first and second to preserve the win.
Anthony Wulfers pitched 6 2/3 innings for the win.
Notre Dame will face No. 3 Sikeston at 4 p.m. today in the semifinals.
Top-seeded Kennett beat No. 8 Perryville 9-2.
