Jackson Junior Legion upends Harrisburg 6-3

Tyler Amos pitched six innings and allowed six hits and three runs to lead the Jackson Junior Legion baseball team to a 6-3 win over Harrisburg Junior Legion this weekend.

Tyler Knight finished 2 for 3 with two RBIs and a double to lead Jackson at the plate.

Amos had one strikeout and four walks in six innings of work before being relieved by Drew Brown, who held Harrisburg scoreless in the seventh to record the save.

Jackson returns to action today on the road against Sikeston Junior Legion in a doubleheader.
