WEST PLAINS, Mo. -- Jackson's girls basketball team won the championship of the West Plains Zizzer Classic Saturday by beating host West Plains 45-36.
Jackson won all three games in the season-opening, round-robin event.
Bobbie Jones paced the Indians with 11 points Saturday.
Jackson's junior varsity also won the tournament, going 3-0 as well. Saturday, the Indians defeated West Plains 47-23.
