Jackson Post 158 lost 11-1 in five innings to Eureka in Sunday's championship game of the Freshmen American Legion State Baseball Tournament in Branson, Mo.

The loss, the second consecutive 10-run loss to Eureka, ended Jackson's season at 28-8-1.

Jackson had beaten Eureka 3-2 in Friday's winners bracket final to improve to 3-0 in the tournament at the time. However, Eureka avenged the loss with a 12-2 victory Saturday to force Sunday's if-necessary championship game in the double-elimination tournament.
