BENTON -- Jerod Hull of Sikeston held off Brooke Tatnell to pick up his fourth Winged Sprint feature win of the year during the most recent action at Missouri International Racepark.

Tatnell, of Tempe, New Australia, won the right to sit on the pole of the feature after winning the dash. Hull finished second in the dash.

Starting from the pole, Tatnell jumped to an early lead and led the first 15 laps before Tatnell got caught behind lapped traffic, enabling Hull to close in. Hull passed the leader coming out of the fourth turn to take over the top spot.

Hull went on to lead the final 10 laps of the caution-free race to earn the $1,200 first-place prize. Tatnell, racing for the first time at M.I.R., finished second.
