The Zalma boys basketball team pulled off an upset in overtime during the opening round of the Mississippi Valley Conference tournament Monday.
The Bulldogs led by a point entering the fourth quarter, but Greenville pulled even to force overtime.
Zalma, the No. 5 seed, pulled out the 69-67 win over the No. 4 seed.
Bradley Key led the Bulldogs with 21 points, while Gage Lemons and Jake Reed added 18 points apiece.
Zalma will face top-seeded Leopold at 7 p.m.
Chaffee got 21 points, including three 3-pointers, from Alex Crowe in its 72-26 win over Marquand.
Peyton Montgomery added 11 points, while Jordan Yahn contributed 10 points for the No. 2 seed Red Devils (10-8).
Chaffee will face Oak Ridge in today's 8:30 p.m. semifinal.
The Blue Jays took care of host Meadow Heights 62-26.
Oak Ridge led 37-9 at halftime and never looked back.
Ryan Below led the Blue Jays with 20 points, while Jake LeGrand added 16 points and Kyle Rohde chipped in 12.
Daylan Davis paced the Panthers with 15 points.
