Oran, Chaffee and Saxony Lutheran all posted opening-round victories.
The Eagles defeated Perryville 7-1, the Red Devils knocked off Twin Rivers 2-1 and the Crusaders dispatched Senath-Hornersville 5-0.
Oran's Kody Moore struck out six over 5 1/3 innings to earn the win. Seth Ressel worked the final 1 2/3 innings.
Tyler Heuring went 3 for 4, including a homer, with two runs scored, while Dalton Elfrink drove in three runs in the win.
Dustin Thompson doubled and drove in a run for the Pirates.
Alex Davie allowed two hits and struck out eight over seven innings in Chaffee's win. He also had the team's lone double.
Matt Stueve tossed a two-hitter to improve to 5-1 for Saxony Lutheran. He struck out eight and walked one.
Spencer Sander and Ryan Sprandel both recorded RBIs in the first inning.
Jon Winkler knocked in two in the seventh inning.

Jake Seabaugh shot an 83 to round out Notre Dame's scoring.
Perryville finished fifth with a 395.
Aaron Welker shot a 95, while Josh Fulmer needed 99 strokes to maneuver the course.
Brett Schnurbusch finished with 103, and Justin Perreault shot a 107.
Notre Dame advanced to Thursday's Class 3 sectional, which will be played at Dalhousie Golf Club.
Perryville's Terry Davis won the boys long jump at the Jefferson County Conference meet in Hillsboro, Mo.
Davis jumped 20 feet, 3 inches to place first.
