All the scores from Saturday that were reported to the Southeast Missourian.

Central's Asia Thomas earned a trip to the Class 4 state track meet in grand fashion Saturday.

Thomas won the 200 and 400 at the Class 4 Sectional 1 meet at Lafayette.

Thomas finished the 200 in 24.89 seconds, while crossing the line in the 400 in 54.71.

The Tigers' Matt Deisher also captured a sectional title by clearing 13 feet, 6 inches in the pole vault. Teammate Zach Horrell was second in the discus.

Jackson's Jill Rushin will get the chance to defend her state title in the discus and shot put. She won both events Saturday.

Jackson's Blake Smith earned a state berth by taking second in the long jump.

Joe Froemsdorf won the pole vault for Notre Dame at the meet in Farmington.

Grant Eudy took second in the high jump to advance to the state meet.

"We took seven boys and they all qualified," Notre Dame coach Bill Davis said. "You aren't always so lucky to do that."

Casey Brewer was Perryville's lone qualifier, placing second in the discus.
